Abstract A three-dimensional (3D), multi-directional and multimodal broadband vibration energy harvester using L-shaped curved beams is proposed in this paper. The composed of an cylindrical bending beam a piezoelectric beam. free ends the are respectively fixed with magnet. These two coupled by nonlinear magnetic force introduced magnets. results show that prototype can collect 3D energies has three natural frequencies directions. Under 5 m/s 2 acceleration, obtains 42.1V, 45.0V 66.9V peak-peak voltages x -direction, y -direction z respectively, widest 3 DB bandwidths directions reach up to 6.4Hz, 6.3Hz 4.2Hz, respectively.
